What's The Summer Shred Challenge?

It's an 8 week online fitness challenge to help you:

It Starts With the LIVE Online Workouts

  • Two LIVE workouts every weekday (schedule below).
  • 88 total workouts over the 8 week challenge session.
  • 6 different styles of workouts every week from interval Mondays... to leg day Wednesday... and kettlebell Fridays.
  • Every workout starts with a warm-up and ends with a cool down.
  • One in-depth stretching routine every Sunday afternoon.
  • Workout with us L I V E in our private Facebook Group or replay the workouts at your convenience.
  • We workout with you... counting reps out loud... so you know what's happening without seeing the screen
  • Ask questions LIVE and get answers to help you succeed at every workout.
  • Fitness coaching programs so you get started quickly and on the right foot.

Here's How The Challenge Works:

Collect points for being consistent and you might end up the winner!

  • We'll do an assessment workout three times to track your fitness improvement.
  • The more you improve the more points you rack up.
  • Weekly mini-fitness challenges to keep you practicing, moving and improving.
  • Weekly mini-nutrition challenges to accelerate your results... and build healthy food habits.
  • Weekly motivation videos and Q and A sessions with me every Sunday evening.
  • Daily checkin with your own pre-made spreadsheet to collect points for doing workouts and completing your weekly challenges.
  • Check in on the leaderboard to get a jolt of motivation.
