Sundays are about doing large muscle stretches and breathing. Dan takes you through foam rolling, stretch and breathing sessions to help you recover.

Interval Monday
The timer controls Interval Mondays. This workout is about going fast. It's a sprint. Getting the heart rate up while using bodyweight strength.
Intermediate and Up

Metabolic Tuesday
Metabolic Strength Tuesdays is when we break out the dumbbells. It's about building strength with little rest. It's intense.
All Levels

Legs Wednesday
On Wednesday we focus on leg strength. You'll hit everything from your calves to your hamstrings and butt. It's a well rounded lower body workout.

Arms & Core Thursday
This is an important day because most women lack upper body strength. And this is our chance to focus on our abs and core strength.

Kettlebell Friday
Friday is our advanced day. It's a technical kettlebell workout. You have to know kettlebells to get through the workout. It's hardcore and a lot of fun.
