The In-depth 1 hour phone coaching session:
- We meet each other as people first...
- Go over your nutrition history...
- Formulate performance and outcome goals (there’s a difference between the two)...
- Discover key habits (both good and bad)...
- And map out an average day.
Based on this first coaching session:
- I'll calculate custom macro nutrition levels and goals (only if its right for you).
- You get all of my current recipes, even the ones in my programs.
- Weekly checkins over the phone or through WhatsApp* chat.
- Custom recipes when you need them (like if you're going to a cookout with friends).
- New recipes as I create them during the 8 weeks.
- Nutrition mindset coaching (this is HUGE)!
- The ability to message me when you need help... have questions... face temptation... need a small kick the butt...
