You only need 7 to 9 days to complete these workouts. But I hope you repeat them and try to improve each time.

Equipment Needed:

You need at least one kettlebell, but I recommend two...

  • An 18lb kettlebell and
  • A 26lb kettlebell

I use a jump rope a lot but you don't need one if you don't have one.
