The Big Idea:

Ignite is based off of a program we created in our gym that went by the same name.

We focused on teaching women to exercise correctly... how to set expectations... how to push hard so they actually got results... how to believe in themselves.

Duration:

It will take you 6 to 8 weeks to complete Ignite without overwhelming your schedule or asking the impossible of you.

After you do it once, I would take two extra weeks... practice form... repeat workouts... keep getting better.

Equipment Needed:

You will need a small band to complete Ignite. We use it mostly for pulling exercises. You can purchase a 5 pack on Amazon for only $18.
