If you're just getting started I recommend 25 pound dumbbells.

You'll do all sorts of cool and unique exercises... and I'll coach you through each one if you don't have the exact equipment I'm using.

Bottom line... you NEED two dumbbells, minimum.

At first.. you probably will.

It's overwhelming at first because there's a lot in the private Facebook group and it's all new to you.

But that's okay. The app organizes everything and you'll get the hang of the Facebook group quickly.
