What Is The Ignite 30 Strength Training Program?
Obviously... Ignite 30 is a... 30 day strength training program (duh)... to give you a completely new way to fit exercise into your busy life.
Because the old - workout "laundry list" - way doesn't work and it hasn't worked for a long time.
I designed Ignite 30 using my to-do based training plan design.
I created and refined this design over the last 8 years of owning my 2 boutique strength studios in Charleston, SC.

But I wanted to mention I choose 30 days because... it's kind of the standard most people expect.
Thirty days is a great start... but let's be real... it's not long enough for obviously visible results.

Time is obviously the biggest obstacle women face.
But it's not just time. Over the years I've found women demand near perfection of themselves.
The slightest mistake... one bad day... or missed workout can throw the day off... the week off... even the entire month off.
I wanted to build a plan that made it okay for women to miss workouts.
If you miss a workout... you can still do something that day to move you forward... to make progress... to make the day a win.
It's this idea that breaks the status quo... working out doesn't make the day a success.
Rather doing something... even if its small... makes the day a success.
This is the big idea!

What Fitness Level Should I Be?
While this is a "beginner" focused program... Ignite 30 is not a true beginner program.

If you have not exercises in years... Ignite 30 is not for you.

If you're severely overweight... Ignite 30 is not for you. You need to start with an in-person trainer for learning and safety.

If you're 70 or above... I'll say Ignite 30 is not for you. You too should work with an in-person trainer so you can ensure safety.
What Equipment Do I Need?
At a minimum you need at least one set of dumbbells.
It's ideal if you have a least two sets... one lighter set and one heavier set that can challenge you. I like to push you hard!
You don't need kettlebells... but if you had them... that's a bonus.
Other than that you only need a yoga mat and a good space to workout in.
A bluetooth speaker would be good too... since every workout is fully streamed... it helps to hear me count reps and talk you through the workout when you can't look at the screen.
Or you can play your own music in the background... but it is important to workout with me and hear me. count reps and set the workout pace.
Is Ignite 30 A Subscription?
Ignite 30 is not a subscription.
It's one payment of either $67 or $97 if you want to ad my 8 weeks of meal planning and a recipe pack onto your purchase.

What Do I Do After Ignite 30?
