Here's the circuit:

      20 Two handed swings 
- 
      9 Burpees 
- 
      16 Snatches (8 per side) 
- 
      8 Burpees 
- 
      14 Cannonball presses 
- 
      6 Burpees 
- 
      12 Reverse lunges with kick (all on weak leg or most unstable) 
- 
      4 Burpees 
- 
      10 Half burpee floor snatches 
Your goal is to see if you can complete the entire circuit in 5 minutes or less.
