Here's how this workout goes...

    6,5,4,3,2,1 Dumbbell pull throughs (going down)

  • Bullet point

    6,5,4,3,2,1 Dumbbell floor snatches (going down)

  • Bullet point

    12 Dumbbell goblet squats

Set a timer for 5 minutes and see if you can complete all 6 rounds of the circuit above where the pull throughs and the snatches go down by one each round.

The squats stay 12 for every round.

It gets spicy fast! Good luck.
