Here's how this kettlebell workout goes:

Do a get-up to standing and complete 5 swings..

Take the bell back to overhead and complete the get-up back down...

Repeat on the same arm but at the top complete 5 snatches...

Finish the get-up and once back on the floor switch sides and repeat.
Go back and forth for as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes.
How many total get-ups are you able to do? Try to keep rest to a minimum but definitely listen to your body and maintain proper form.
