A win that builds momentum for the next 30 days or couple months.

This challenge is a pyramid challenge... the middle is the peak where things are the hardest.

And once you're over the peak... the days get easier and easier... so you can finish stronger and stronger.

Short challenges you can fit into your day... anytime during your day... whenever you can get it done.

These are short so they are in addition to your normal workouts.

Here's How This Works:

The main workout is composed of...

  • Bullet point

    10 Swings

  • Bullet point

    5 Alt Snatches

Step 1

Complete one round of 10 swings and 5 alternating snatches starting on your weak side.

Step 2

Complete 2 rounds of 10 swings and 5 alternating snatches starting on your weak side.

Step 3

Complete 3 rounds of 10 swings and 5 alternating snatches starting on your weak arm.

You get the idea right?

Every day you will add one more round... until day 15.

On day 15 you will complete 15 rounds!

Sounds like a lot... it's not. 15 rounds took me 10-15 minutes. A mini workout.

On day 16, start decreasing the number of rounds again.

So you'll complete 14 rounds.

On day 30 you'll only do one round... 10 swings... 5 alternating snatches starting on your weak side.

Easy and fun!
