This is a unique core workout to get the abs burning.
Here are the moves:

30s Lateral Band Hold
Then alternate between:

14 Swings
-
8 Donkey kicks
You'll do a 30s band hold on one side, then 14 kettlebells swings.
Then a 30s band hold on the other side followed by 8 donkey kicks.
Alternate back and forth for 5 minutes.
