5 Minute Quad Workout - Quads On Fire Video

Here's how you're going to do this quad workout:

Complete each exercise for 15 seconds. That's not a lot of time but it is enough time to push hard and move fast!

*Return Moves* The Foundation

  • Bullet point

    Goblet squats

  • Bullet point

    Swings

Circuit 2: The Burn

  • Bullet point

    Bear squats

  • Bullet point

    Bear walk fwd back 3 steps

  • Bullet point

    Slider thrusters

You'll complete 15 seconds of squats and swings, no rest between then complete the bear squats for 15 seconds.

After bear squats, repeat the squats and swings before doing the bear walk steps.

After each "Burn" exercise, repeat the swings and goblet squats.
