Ab Scorching Workout Called Ab Rotation Video

Here's the workout circuit:

  • Bullet point

    6 pushup plank opener - total alternating

  • Bullet point

    12 luge openers

  • Bullet point

    60 twistie mt. climbers

  • Bullet point

    12 side tucked crunches - total

  • Bullet point

    6 curved ab wheels - 3 per side

But here's how this works:

  • Bullet point

    You'll work down the circuit

  • Bullet point

    Then back up (not repeating the last exercise twice)

  • Bullet point

    Continue working down and up until the timer goes off.
