Here's the circuit:

  • Bullet point

    Rainbow Pushups

  • Bullet point

    Skiers

Here's how the circuit works:

  • Bullet point

    You've got 60 seconds or work (or exercise).

  • Bullet point

    20 seconds of rest

  • Bullet point

    2 full rounds

Get as many reps as you possibly can of each exercise.

End with doing as many burpees as you possibly can... ready?

You will need some room for this workout.. a little more than two of your body length long.
